Rooted In Faith.
Built For Those Who Mean It.
Catholic-founded. Christian in formation. Uncompromising in character.
The way was already there. We just started walking it.

I was an atheist for the first forty years of my life.
I grew up in Sweden and my worldview was shaped accordingly. Success meant what you achieve and what you accumulate. I started at IKEA at nineteen and worked my way through into IT, architecture and global business leadership before leaving to build my own ventures. By any conventional measure, it was working.

Co-Steward
I grew up in a Catholic household in London.
We were not the most devout family, but Mass every Sunday was part of my childhood. Then I left for university at eighteen and that weekly rhythm disappeared. Apart from Christmas and Easter, I stopped going to church almost entirely. Those became the grey years of my life.
The technology you build reflects the people who build it.
Not just their technical capability. Their assumptions, their standards, the way they show up when nobody is checking.
Every person who works inside a Camino engagement comes from established Christian communities across Eastern Europe. Orthodox, Protestant, Evangelical and Catholic. They bring a formation to their work that no job description captures and no interview fully reveals. You feel it in how they operate.
That is the difference.

Twice a year, we walk.
Twice a year we walk - on the Camino, in the mountains, in places far from the noise. Not to network, but to walk alongside people who share your formation and your conviction. These are the relationships that outlast any engagement.
Biblically grounded. Denominationally open. Non-negotiable.

Work is not accidental. It is participation in something greater than ourselves.
›Human Dignity
Every person we work with is made in the image of God. That shapes everything.
›Stewardship
Talent is a gift. Resources are entrusted, not owned. We act accordingly.
›Integrity
Character is who you are when nobody is watching. We build on people who understand that.
›The Common Good
Every company we support is an opportunity to contribute something beyond a quarterly report.
›Excellence
Not perfectionism. The wholehearted commitment that comes from knowing your work matters.
